Telehealth feature crashes

I called customer service about the app crashing every time I selected Telehealth services...their solution was to just use the browser. Do not waste time downloading app if the browser (website) is more efficient.
Can’t log in

I can’t log in with this app. When I go to reset my password, it claims it is the BCBS app for Illinois, not Texas. Terrible!!

We’ve been with Blue Cross Blue Shield for several years and to date they have been wonderful. Fast response to referrals, medication approved as needed.

Highly recommend BCBS over any other insurance. They work great with doctors all over our city and do all the leg work for you. I had Humana before and BCBS blows them out of the water. Thank you for taking care of me and my family BCBS!
Well On Target link broken

Nice to access claim and deductible information but the main reason I downloaded the app was to use Well On Target and I can only see my points total, doesn’t take me to the site.

App doesn’t launch

This app only loads to screen that says “ We are having trouble finding your information” it includes a button to try again but seems stuck in that loop even if I close the app or restart my phone.
