Error msg for everything

BlueBell235

I downloaded this app about 4 months ago and it hasn’t worked the whole time. I keep checking the App Store for updates thinking surely someone would fix the bugs but nothing. I get an error message for everything except for accessing a copy of the insurance card, seeing claims and deductible. Nothing else works.

Just one problem

Riaghal

I love the app and all the things I can do on it except for the fact that it will only run in portrait form. When I have to Type things out on my device, my device has to stay in landscape. It would be nice if we had the option on which view we chose.

Needs a lot of work

Kamic2014

The app hasn't updated its claims section in over 2 months. The website has accurate info, app doesn't.

Doesn’t work most of the time.

LiluH778

The app is not user friendly. The claims are not available for a view almost always. As soon as I try to go to a different page the message come “something went wrong”. A very useless app.

Excellent APP

App don’t work.

Tx_Tony

I’ve had the app for approximately a month and everyday for a month I’ve tried to access the app. It has not worked once in my month of trying. The app even updated and still doesn’t work. Sure hope their insurance is more reliable as for I’m new to them.

Unable to login

Error message "Something went wrong on our end, we're aware of the problem and are working on a solution. Please try again later." I have yet to be able to use this stupid app.

Log in error

cambdee

I can never log into the app because it says my password and username doesn’t match even after I’ve changed the password and made sure I had the correct username.

Claims info messed up

brick head dead head

I used to think this app was extremely useful solely for looking at the claims. At some point the claims section has become useless. It shows less that 10% of my current year claims but lots of claims from 2019 and 2018. They are also out of chronological order.
