I don't like that it doesn't keep me signed in. It keeps giving me an error message. It’s easier just to use web browser on phone.

Every time you click on the book it will say that the page is loading but never opens. How are people suppose to shop and look at books if nothing will open in the app?

I do not wish to log in every time I launch the app; and I do not wish to exit the app every time I track an order because there is no way to go back. This app is slow and it makes me feel as if I am using an iPhone 3 in this day and age. The lag is madness to say the least.

It even does not allow me to log in.

I have never ever experienced an app this slow since I've owned an iPhone. It's faster for me to go on the chrome browser app and search on the website. Super disappointed

If all their app does now is bring everything to a screeching halt with an annoying "save 15%" pop-up and then redirect you to their website, what do we need the app for? We can just bookmark the web page. #deleted

I used to use this app all the time. Since the update, it’s now just their webpage, which isn’t user friendly on my phone. I probably won’t use it as a result and if I don’t I’ll also cancel my membership. I love you B&N but you need to make this an actual app, not just your website!!

I get lead to the full site, not the app. It’s rather annoying. I have a message that needs to be cleared, and trying to navigate the full site is terrible.

Went to my app & it comes up like a computer page. Everything is super small print. What is the point of having the app? I deleted it & reloaded, still too hard to read on an iPhone. Deleting for good.
