1. It’s annoying that you have to go to the B&N app to buy ebooks before you read them on Nook. If B&N fails as a company, that is bc Apple has the sense to allow you to buy ebooks directly on the iBooks app. 2. The app is slowwwwwww. 3. When the app finally loaded, I was redirected to a site that sells kitchen gadgets. Don’t get me wrong. My kitchen could use some things, but I originally came to the B&N app to buy an ebook on abandonment issues since I can’t afford a therapist. The fact that the B&N app took me to a 3rd party website is not helping with those issues. I feel abandoned by B&N. I do not feel safe anymore using this app.
Terrible order tracking

The order did not show up in order history. Phone rep says to reorder and we ended up with 2. Contact seller, they said to return 2nd package unopened. No refund 2 months later. Worst site ever. I’m done with Barnes & Noble. Update 3/24/18: Got my refund via PayPal after attaching correspondence with 3rd party seller. NEVER GOING TO ORDER ONLINE AGAIN WITH BARNES & NOBLE.

I just want to search for a book at my nearest barnes and noble. How do you do that? Tried searching for the nearest store and found it. Tried searching for my book and found that but is it in the store? I tried clicking on the book I wanted and it brought up an ad in safari. What is going on here? I guess I'm just gonna have to order them from Amazon then.

App does not store my log in information

This app requires my email address and password EVERY TIME I open the app. If the doesn’t store my information, then there’s no point in using the app—it’s inconvenient.

Great to use to search for books. I prefer going to the website or searching deals via other book sellers. Never had a problem. I'd give it 5 stars!
