This application needs to be scrapped and start over. This ap fails to work every time I attempt to use it. I can get to the books and accessories 10xs faster on Amazon.com. I have tried to give this application and this company my business.

This app is painfully slow to load. The B&N website has always been somewhat terrible as well but this app is complete garbage. Any time I click on a book it takes a good 5 min at least to load. 5 MIN!! I'm better off getting in my car and driving to the closest store!

This app NEVER NEVER works...crashes all the time and takes forever to load a page or the app just won’t work at all. - When it does, it’s pretty sweet though. Hope they can fix it

This is an app that won’t allow you to purchase e-books. It’s like they wanted an app but didn’t know what it’s supposed to do. It’s laughable really.

i was only able to open the app twice and it wouldn't load/work after that. i would open the app and it just stayed at the opening screen and didn't do anything else. i deleted the app redownloaded it and it still didn't even open i tried closing the app page nothing helped. i have a iphone 6s if that makes any difference

This app is very slow, and not full featured. You're better off going to the website, which is nearly just as bad.
