TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING ONLINE OR AT THIS STORE IN THE NEAR FUTURE. What a way to make the holiday shopping that much more stressful! Somehow an online order that I had was cancelled got flagged for and NO ONE can seem to tell me WHY it was cancelled. HOW INCOMPETENT. Also, they gave me a gift card to try part of the purchase again. And the gift card that was given BY THE COMPANY was FAULTY. I have never had such a horrendous customer experience. To put the icing on the cake, I was told BY THE 2nd CSR that if I put the items in my basket they would stay for 24 hours AND that there was a mismatch with the banking information given that caused the transaction to be faulty. Essentially this accuses me of the wrong doing. Well, I called the Bank and they have no record of that transaction having any incorrect information. Also I spoke with the next CSR after I called again and he mentioned that items that are in your cart can still go out of stock. This directly contradicts what that first CSR on 11/28 I spoke with said. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TOLD I WAS IN THE WRONG WHEN I WAS NOT NOR THE WASTE OF TIME THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN GIVING ME. The first customer service agent 10/27 and the third 10/28 I have spoken to were of good service with the first being great in helping me place part of the order. At this time, I was told there is absolutely NOTHING I can do due to the COMPANY'S INEPT MISTAKE until at least MONDAY. Overall, way to make the customer feel completely and utterly unsatisfied!

This app is very functional and intuitive. I was able to shop, log into my online account to place my order, update my credit card info, add a new address, AND place my order quickly and efficiently.
