Would be nice not to have to sign in every time. It deters me from even opening the app sometimes. Just add a slide button.

This app is honestly awful. I will just be using the website going forward. Orders do not process correctly, I have to sign in multiple times in order for it to actually log me in, products show up out of stock but are in stock on the website. The functionally is just terrible. There are plenty of other stores with great functioning apps, this one needs a lot of work.
The app never loads and requires Wi-Fi

Literally never loads. Ever. Always an error screen. iPhone is 13 ProMax on 5G - with full service in and out of my house; and even on Wi-Fi won’t load content. Trash app.
Continuously Requires Logging In

I love the store and the app works great when I don’t have to continuously log in nearly every time I use it. I am fully updated and on iPhone 13. I have Face ID enabled. It still requires me to log in nearly every time I go to use it. It asks for my email and password which I have to input. Then it uses Face ID to log me in after.
Works well but one issue

Your website is the absolute worst. The inventories are incorrect and every time I add an item to my cart it states it’s no longer available. The retail stores no longer have sales and everything is $150 and up. I’m done with BR. Maybe your rich clientele can afford $300 dollar jackets and $200 dollar sweaters but not me.
