If I am at the store, this app won’t load... it said something about the connection!!! I can connect with target Macy’s victoria secret , etc.... and try to scan a barcode takes a lot of time and patience, sometimes nothing come out...

I can shop on my phone or computer with ease. It remembers what was put into my bag from on my computer. It reminds me of my rewards certificates so they never expire. It makes it so easy to buy beautiful clothes at a price that doesn’t hurt my pocketbook.
Why am I logged out while shipping?

This app and the service behind it are built poorly. There isn't any other clothing retailer that logs you out so aggressively. You'd think they were building an app for the nuclear football or something. I went to place an order the app logged out while I was shopping and let me checkout while not logged in and didn't even prompt. Big deal, right? I call to have the order, which shares the same email address as my account, moved under my account and what do you know? They can't. My day job is a programmer and I can tell you that is likely due to the mediocre system they've developed to handle orders and the corners they probably cut to save some money.

Use to shop at express , American eagle but you guys have surpassed them In Quality and selection .. also banana is geared for a more refined style and mature audience

BR credit card and app

Love shopping here but really wish we were able to synchronize our BR credit card and app so we can just automatically pay and also pay our monthly payments on our credit card with the ease of a swipe.
Repeated error on checkout preventing ordering

An non informative error stating ‘uh oh! We weren’t able to complete your request. Please try again.’ appears on checking out without any articulation for error reason. Cannot complete orders after spending a long while setting up the carts multiple times.
