When you are looking at the pants and you love the jacket, it would be awesome if you could just go to the jacket. It would be great if you could buy the look…. I would have bought more if I could have found it altogether.
Love the new features for cardholders

Thank you to the app developers for figuring out how to add point breakdowns for card holders within the app. I’ve wanted this for years!! I’m really disappointed free shipping on any order (no price minimum) was eliminated, but overall, most of the changes seem to be to our benefit.

Your models and scenery for advertising always look beautiful . I do find that some of the colors are hard to itentify as they appear. I see the reds and greens much deeper and fabrics don’t always look like the actual product.I do like Banana Republic for the quality and fashion foward clothing and accessories.

Bad experience about the account setting, have to login the account rapidly. And can’t log in the app at all, keep ppl me out to the website

Only reason they did not receive 5 stars, is because of what they use to track packages. Seems a bit scattered everywhere and is just weird. Looks like not much thought was put into this section and just wish it was a bit updated maybe? Just my thoughts.

App does not let you view favorites. Continually says “Something went wrong” for about a year now.
