This app is horrible, you can't go back to the previous page without having to go back to the main page. No back button?!
Needs major improvements

Cannot log in to access rewards. I use the exact same password and email as I do for the website--trust me I'm not typing it in wrong--but it keeps saying it doesn't recognize the combo. Totally worthless and needs major bug fixes to be useful.

This was a decent app before the recent update. Now - there's no back button. You're forced to go back to the home page & start your search all over again. Please fix the bugs & I'll start using again.
Was bad before, but now it's worse

Before, it would freeze and crash, as others have noted. But now when you go into an item, you cannot go back to your search or filtered results. Totally turns me (and surely others) off to ever using it again - huge mistake BR.

How can you remove the back arrow? The app is not functional. Please fix ASAP. I just gave up on an order because of the difficulty of shopping with no back arrow.

This app crashes non-stop. It typically takes me 5 tries to place an order because the app freezes up so much. And now, the newest version has eliminated the forward/back browser buttons. Now I have to just use Safari since the app has become useless.

Of all this app's crimes, no back button when viewing an item is the most ridiculous. Who launches a shopping app that allows the shopper to view one item, then have to go back to the main menu to start all over?

Installed and deleted the same day. Too slow to load, wastes too much time to try to shop for just one item.

I am an avid Gap Inc. shopper. I have all four brand apps on my phone. They weren't always the best but the inability to go back from an item after you click on it is making shopping through the app almost impossible. I'm also an employee and it's hard to recommend this app to customers with this problem! Please fix ASAP!
