I honestly like this game it's really fun. It has its glitches but other than that it's fun.

I love playing the game but you can’t advance very far if you aren’t willing to spend ridiculous sums of money. There are levels where you have to make x number of treats with a certain ingredient but customers won’t order anything with that ingredient so there’s no way to pass the level without buying extra customers. I had to delete it.

I definitely enjoy this game; however there are certain levels, mainly the first few where certain drinks won’t load so I can never fill those orders. Also there are a few levels that are nearly impossible to get past simply because there arent enough orders of the required item, which is something I cannot control. Either include a powerup to increase the likelihood that these things will be ordered or just do it yourself cause if I’ve played the level over a dozen times likely and still havent gotten enough of that order, that’s not fun nor why I’m playing this game

This game has the most glitches I've ever encountered on any app. Glitches out in the middle of you playing, doesn't credit coins earned and steals your lives.
Terrible new update and no support

Below is my review from 12/16 - still no response/resolution. Sent another request 4 days ago and no response again. The latest update (around Christmas) is terrible. I've lost progress and crystals that I've purchased. I have had 3 separate support requests and no response. They get closed with no resolution. Terrible, terrible. Fix it soon!

Be Careful Buying Crystals

I love the concept of this game and have spent a lot of money on it because I enjoy playing it. For the past month though, there have been MULTIPLE TIMES that I have purchased crystals and never received them. I contacted support a few times, and days later they responded wanting receipts from Apple which I had already deleted. It just now happened again. Seems like they would be able to look up the issue on their end without putting the burden on me. The game is fun, but lack of support and issues with not getting things I have bought is making me want to look for something else to waste my time and money on. ?
