I love playing this game but all the ads are absolutely ridiculous!! If you buy crystals or coins then they go away for 30 days so they purposefully make you need to buy the freaking things because there are so many ads and it's so annoying!! I can't even get into the app without one popping up and it will NOT go away even if you close the app and reopen it! Makes me not even want to play it anymore

There are a number of other people saying you have to pay to win this game...well I don't believe that is true (I haven't spent a cent and I am around level 130 something) but it does get challenging. Some levels I have had to try the same level at least 10-20 times before passing it...but that is part of the challenge! The only thing that lowers my review of the game is the length of time it takes to regenerate energy (meaning you have to not play for a while or pay to play or watch a ton of ads to get energy) and a complaint that I have seen a couple others make about the levels that the app makes it impossible to beat by requiring a certain number of an ingredient and not providing you with the correct number of customers who order that ingredient. It is random, so eventually you get it...but I have spent a week or two on a level like that because of an ingredient quota (which is ridiculous) and there is actually no way to purchase anything to help with that!

So this game is really fun but every time I try to connect to Facebook it says that Facebook has failed. I have tried many times over the course of a couple day and I still have this problem.

I've been playing this game for a long time and ever since an update a while back, they make it impossible to succeed. Levels I could easily get 3 stars and 2k+ coins I can't even reach a single star. I enjoy a challenge, like candy crush, but this is just begrudging and insulting, especially to those who had been playing previously. I cannot urge enough that you don't waste your time. I would pay for the app in an upfront cost if it would remove ads and return the game to a "normal" level of play.

Yes, the game is challenging. But I love the concept of it! I have been stuck on levels for weeks at a time but it take it time and effort to pass the level!

Energy freezes and hearts

Game constantly takes energy then freezes so I can't play it's bad enough it takes 5 minutes per energy and a total of 10 energy to play once so when it does this it's beyond irritating. I tried opening up app support and it says the page doesn't exist! Also on some levels the character pops up and 3 seconds later (I took the energy to time it) the hearts are depleted. It is literally impossible to create 99% of the creations at this rate?.

Played this and enjoyed it until I arrived at level 49. Found it impossible to pass. Assumed I needed to upgrade my items in the bazaar so I did. This barely made any improvement and still could not get anywhere near passing the level. Attempted to use diamonds to skip the level only to have all my diamonds wiped from my account.
