I play this game regularly every single day and I genuinely enjoy playing it. But for whatever reason my phone keeps telling me that I have no internet connection to play even though I am connected to a working internet. And even when I use my data it still doesn’t work. What is going on?

This game is so fun but barely playable because of bugs. This is the second time in one week that I couldn’t even open the game because it says “no internet connection” (which is not accurate and clearly a glitch). Can’t link to Facebook, ads play over games and the game doesn’t pause so you lose customers and/or burn things. It’d be an awesome playing experience if these things could be fixed in a timely manner.

Good game but glitchy

I love this game and have been playing it for over a year now, but there are times when the game simply won’t load and says my internet isn’t working. However every time I check that’s not true. I haven’t been able to get into the game for about 3 days and my internet has been working fine. Some of the levels are also unreasonable, every upgrade requires diamonds and the only way to get those is to buy them. I didn’t download this game to spend tons of money just for diamonds. I know it takes time but I hope these things get figured out.

It used to be a great game. For the past year, it’s been glitchy. Not loading for days, reloading in the middle of your game, erasing gems or levels that you have earned. I download all of the updates but it still continues to have problems.

Full of glitches and can’t play on iPhone

This game used to be awesome, but over the last year the screen format doesn’t fit on any of the newer iPhones. And now the game crashes in the middle of levels every single time you play it.
