Was enjoying until the levels became harder and found I couldn’t purchase equipment upgrades unless I paid money for crystals. :(

Amazing game, could use some work

I honestly love this game to bits. The idea is so cool and the art and music is amazing as well, but I have a few problems and I believe some of the other players do too. 1. The game is pretty buggy. Honestly, it’s gotten a bit better over the time that I’ve played it, but it could be better. Every time I open the game, the sound and music is turned off. It automatically turns off every time an ad pops up too. 2. I wish there were more ways to earn gems. For the first few levels, you would get 2-3 gems after you complete a level, but it stops after the first world. I suggest continuing the gem earning mechanism for all the levels, or every other level. Other than that, the game is amazing. Hope you can fix a few bugs!

I love this game an all but it take forever to loading this game an when I do I can only play couple levels then the game freezes.

Certain Amount of Decorations Used

Loved this game right up until the added challenge of needing to serve a certain amount of types of decorations. Because there’s never any guarantee you’ll receive a certain amount of customers who want a certain amount of that specific thing, you could be left playing the same level for days even though you’ve technically completed the level by earning enough coins. Please get rid of this challenge.

I love this game! I’ve been playing for years at this point. My only complaint is the bugs. Right now, there’s a bug where it’ll take my energy but not load the level. I’m just waiting for it to be fixed so I can continue my addiction!

I just lost a zillion levels because it froze, then when I started over again I took advantage of a sale to buy crystals and the darn thing froze again! Lost everything AGAIN! Maybe if you could delete and reload without losing everything it would be better.

1. There should be frequent bonus levels (like Valentine day Land ) to play while waiting for energy 2. Should be no limit on gifts. Let people play! 3. Need to give more free gifts.

I love this game but I’m on level 753 and it says I’m suppose to have 8 people but as soon as the first person comes out it goes down to four and for that reason I think that’s why I can’t fulfill getting the required ingredients I’m suppose to to complete the level.

Impossible to pass levels without tons of upgrades, I've had to give up I'm so sick of playing the same levels over and over. Ads CONSTANTLY every time I open the app.

Very fun game but the app always kicks you out ! A bit buggy!
