Does not sync to companion app

I use Plantronics headsets for work and love them. Thought getting the Backbeat Fit 2100 would be the same from the start too for working out. The headset pairs perfectly with my iPhone 5s without issue and it sounds good. Trying to get it connected to the companion app does not work. Tried searching and could find nothing on it. Restarted app multiple times and repaired multiple times and still no good.

recently bought Plantronics backbeatFit headphones. this app works well with them, although it’s only needed for setup and future reference. easy to connect with clear instructions. details of how to use the headphones is 100% better than trying to read the miniature print that came with the headphones.
Headset pairs with phone but app doesn’t see it

I have tried so many times to get the app to find the phone. I tried pairing the headset with my phone and then installing the app. I tried forgetting the headset on my phone and installing the app first. No matter what I do the app doesn’t see the headset. Fortunately the headset pairs great with my phone.

I have tried countless times to pair my Backbeat Fit 2100 earbuds to the app, tried forgetting the Bluetooth connection and re-started everything several times, but it still does not work. I’ve been unable to obtain any information on how to fix this from Plantronics.

It’s so annoying when you switch to the next song by pressing the left button twice and you have to hear a computer say “next track”. I don’t know why that was a feature worth including in an update. I really hope that this is changed.

It Does Not Work! Installed on my iPhone. Never worked. Unable to find already paired Backbeat FIT 350. Bluetooth FIT 350 pairs with no problems onto my iPhone. Waste of time...
Update ruined my headphones

I saw there was an update for the firmware of the headphones, figured I’d give it a shot. Now the volume from the right ear is significantly finished, and nothing sounds right.

I have a BackBeat 300 series, iPhone 6s with current OS, but this app didn’t pair with my device. I have paired the device with my phone, but wanted to check firmware status and maybe dial in the sound better, so I downloaded the app. I tried pairing with the app while already paired with iPhone. Since that didn’t work, I then “forgot” device in iPhone settings and tried in the app again, but neither option worked. Please fix and send feedback when this is fixed. I’d really like to use the app.
