The latest update has ruined my device background static is awful, well the latest app only has static on the left side and only the beginning of songs!

Used to work, suddenly it no longer recognizes that the headphones are connected to the phone. Weird because iPad still works.

I'd like the ability to change the functions of the skip and rewind button sequences. On my runs, I more commonly skip tracks and the double press is difficult with gloves on. I often lower the volume instead.

I want a goddamn refund. This last update has made my headphones inoperable. I can't connect at all. These headphones were expensive and now the app I need to connect them doesn't work. Maybe you should have done more testing before releasing the update.

Last update bricked my headphones. Literally can't connect via Bluetooth. Would NOT recommend to anyone looking for wireless headphones.

I can see I'm not the only one with this complaint. The headphones used to pair with the same phone that no longer recognizes them. Very frustrating. Does anyone at the company read these reviews? Fix this!

Very poor update

Much of the same feedback already provided. After update the device will no longer pair with my IPhone 5s. Rendered useless. Unless that was your intent with the update. It will take some quick action for me to restore my faith in this product and company. Very disappointed.

whatever new update just came out, it needs to be deleted.. headphones used to pair just fine with my phone and now all of a sudden they just won't work anymore

Since the update my headphones don't connect to my iPhone, Apple Watch or my iPad. Very disappointed since I spent so much money on the things.
