It’s great that you can build a registry from any store and keep it all in one place… and that’s pretty much it. There’s just a lot of bugs in this app. Redundant buttons on the same window, misspelled words have to be tapped 3 times before you can actually correct the spelling, And I found myself searching/adding/editing items and then could not get back to the registry list to check my work - so I closed/restarted the app in order to do that. It also looks like you can edit your registry url, but every time I change it/save, it reverts back to the random default. I just find myself fighting with this app every time I use it but the main reason I keep using it is that I’m not tied to a single store.

I love checking baby list for all the registry items and sharing with my family and picking needed items. So convenient to shop and save items from multiple stores I just love it!!!!
Clunky- hard to use- glitchy

I wish I had just gone with Amazon or another retailers direct website before I had printed the link to this on all of my baby shower invites. This app is clunky, poorly integrated, not intuitive to use and very often leads to doubles being purchased, folks thinking they purchased when they didn’t, gifts being shipped to the wrong address etc. Spare yourself the drama
Duplicate gifts

For some reason, guests can't see all gifts that have been purchased. They can only see a handful. It used to be that guests can see all items on your registry that have been purchased. I don't know why the website changed it as it could potentially cause duplicate gift items. Fix this!

Your app should have a more sensitive way of being able to change the status of a pregnancy. The fact that I can only unsubscribe is a little insensitive.

This app says its going to take the stress away then bombards you with an unorganized mess of options all overpriced. They dont even have everything thats popular or that you might want for you and your baby. I tried looking up the haakaa and they just sent me straight to machine pumps. The burp cloths look like the ones i wanted but they were priced at $60 rather than the $10 you can find literally anywhere else. This isnt an app that gives you options on different types of objects like on amazon, they just have select items that you feel obligated to choose from.
I never received the gifts from two friends!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The gifts NEVER came from the last two people who ordered and shipped gifts using Babylist! And they ordered some very expensive items. Customer service was no help at all. I reached out to the two people and they said they ordered them and didn’t know why they never came. I can even see the order numbers in the registry. It’s been two months since they ordered the gifts. So now my friends lost a bunch of money, and I have to go buy those items myself.

I wanted to use Babylist because it has the best registry-making features, but I couldn’t do anything. I couldn’t transfer my Amazon registry. It would say “items from registry transferred to your Babylist” and there was nothing there. I created my account on the web and then the app wouldn’t let me in and then wouldn’t send a password reset link. Just a horrible experience. I’ll stick to my Amazon registry.
