I do not understand how despite repeated updates this app is still so laughably broken but here we are. Still locks up and closes the app 100% of the time when trying browse birds in the bird ID section.

Used to work. Loved it. Now it crashes within the first minute. Fix it and I’ll love it again.

The newest version of the app is terrible! I miss the community features of the old app. I loved seeing the photos others had posted of birds near me. Please listen to the countless reviews requesting the old features to be brought back!!

When I bought this app years ago, it was my favorite. Now I can’t download the pictures for offline use. Bring back the old one.

Since this app updated to its newer version it crashes frequently on startup, but only in the iPhone 8. It works fine on iPad, but not so well on the phone. Please fix.

This used to be my favorite bird ID app because of the eBird sightings feature. It was easy to navigate and very intuitive. I absolutely *hate* the new version! Navigation is clunky and obtuse. The eBird sighting tool took a huge step backwards, so the app is useless to me now. PLEASE, Audubon, revert to the previous version. It’s clear by all the recent reviews that *everyone* hates it. I know I won’t use it again until you fix it.

This app will not stay open for more than about 10 seconds. It constantly crashes. I used to love it, and it has fantastic features but it’s useless if the app won’t stay open. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Please fix.

I’m a newbie to Birding, but this app makes it a breeze. Especially the functionality of identifying a new bird I’ve just seen. Helpful quick information about each species and nice pictures, along with the filters work great. Keeping a list of bird sightings in a sort of journal is super handy, so I can go back after the fact. Also being able to edit sightings you have just seen is nice for time of day and location. Since the most recent update, (May 2018) my app crashes every time I try and enter a new sighting! You folks are great about catching reviews like this and incorporating it in the app. Hope you see it! Thanks for helping me get into Birding!

Not real happy with latest updates -having to log on all platforms -no last name sorting- too time consuming to scrolling down thru list - can’t jump down list to find starting letter- need to be able to use common names- especially do not like unable to access without being on line -impossible to use in the field without internet support

I loved this app until recently. Crashes all the time when trying to identify birds. I emailed the developer probably 2 weeks ago with hope of an update that fixed the issue. Nope still crashes every time I search for bird ID
