When I try to do a backup, it scans and then says "Backup incomplete (failed)" I've tried reinstalling and power cycling and NOTHING!!! I'm paying $3 a month for this???
One star is way too many. The app doesn't recognize new contacts, photos, or videos. Just to test it, I sync'ed the phone and immediately added a contact, shot a photo, and made a video. Then I sync again--and it tells me "no new content" in all 3 categories. Useless!
They charge you 3.00 a month on your bill even if you don't have the app downloaded on your phone. They sneak it in when you say you want insurance on your phone. Insurance actually only cost 7.99.
So I lost my phone and got a replacement from AT&T. I was able to get all of my pictures and contacts back! Great app. Highly recommend it.
This is a great idea, BUT there seems to be a problem backing up pictures and videos. It never finishes. I've made 3 long calls to support but their solutions did not work at all.
I'm am so frustrated with this app! I'm almost ready to discontinue paying for the monthly service! I've called about four times for support and it's always fixed for a minute till the next use!!! Tired of calling-deleted and readding app to phone. Currently I'm using it as I type. It has been backing up 18 videos for four hours. It's on number 4! The odd thing is, is that it repeatedly backs up the same things over and over! Once they're backed up, aren't they backed up?! I've tried to back up the same videos so many times now and there aren't any I've added in months! Usually it just fails after so many hours! Disgusted. Next time I'm forced to call support I'll probably cancel service and save $10 a month
I have had this over a year and barely been able to back up any more than my contacts. I have spent countless hours with support to try to back up more than three photos to no avail. It just hangs with no progress. I ran it every way possible. All it does is run down the battery. There are better apps for this purpose. Not worth the money.
Downloaded the app and it's greyed out. Can't open it nor delete it. Rebooted my phone twice and am still having the same problem.
I'm sick and tired of having to delete and reinstall the app in order to get it to complete a backup. Amateurs are creating more complex and reliable apps than this every day. Perhaps AT&T can hire one of them to fix this.
