Works TOO well sometimes

Sticky85

Great app, sometimes it blocks unwanted calls if they’re calling from say a hospital or something, which was very frustrating after a friend was admitted to mental hospital and for 2 weeks wasn’t aware she was trying to reach me. But not complaining. I’ll take the good with the bad and that’s all I got negative on this app

Doesn't work

noname 282021

Does not stop telemarketing calls nor texts. Waste of app space. I still have to answer the call and forward the number to AT&T. And the texts? I have to block each one individually and forward them to AT&T. Complete waste of my time.

Doesn’t work consistently

And they want you to pay for better service when the basic doesn’t even work right.

ATT doesn’t care to fix the app

No Iefan Way

App has been non functional since last update. Even if it did work, you’re better off manually blocking every number over actually using this app. Assuming the app functioned, it might work to block calls if you pay them a subscription. But why pay them more money when they can’t even simply reverse the update to have an app that at least works while they fix their programming mess.

Bug in update

SammyPhelan

App updated one week ago to 2.8.2 and now it lets all the call through and when I tried to delete and reinstall on my phone it just wont install. Please fix!! It was a decent app before this.

Nothing changes... still getting calls/scams... what a waste.

What a waste. Nothing chamges

A paid feature that should be standard

The only reason I pay monthly for this is that the frequency of sales and scam calls made having a phone useless. Phone companies should do better to protect their customers. The tool is clumsy, and doesn’t block text messages - will I have to pay for that, too? At least it works- I can answer my phone most of the time now that most spam calls are blocked.

Att is at it again

Just a teaser to get more money out of consumers. If you want to block the unwanted calls that’s going to cost you near 50 dollars a year. But if you just want to know that unwanted calls are coming in that’s free. Oye Vay !
