I got this app to block telemarketing calls, but now it’s blocking every single number that is not saved in my phone. It’s very frustrating when I’m expecting a call from my bank or doctors office and it sends them straight to my voicemail. I even deleted the app to see if it would help and the calls are STILL not coming through. When I re downloaded the app, the calls are in the call log as blocked. I don’t want to be enrolled in this anymore. I need HELP!

I can’t believe how much we pay monthly for at&t and how much money they are making both ways from scammers and fraudsters and they can’t automatically block these unwanted calls. It’s pathetic use of technology and they should be required to shut this down automatically. It’s so frustrating to get these calls for the same people after you’ve blocked them. Then the phone company wants to charge you an additional $80/year for something that they should do as a part of your regular bill. Disgusting.

When you try to report, suddenly it goes to finishing setup and then back to to Home Screen. When you try again, it does the same thing over and over I have closed and reopen the app to see if the helps but it doesn’t. I have an iPhone 12 Pro with the latest IOS update 14.4.

The app often freezes. I still get a ton of spam calls. It blocked people in my contact list. And, it’s SLOW.

It flagged my mom’s phone number as a severe risk while letting a bunch of robocallers and spam numbers through without any warning. There’s no way to mark numbers as “safe” and unflag them, only to “report” and “block”. UI isn’t super intuitive and app logic is flawed. Occasionally it’ll display “Spam Risk” from an unknown caller, but that’s about it.

This App is blocking a few spam and Telemarketing calls but most still slip through. It also periodically has to be “verified” through AT&T be entering your phone number and then inputting a pin. Why? Pretty much a waste. The company needs to do more to block all these nuisance calls getting through.
