I was receiving 3 to 5 text daily from a 469 area code. These were always informing me that my reward had been approved, or I was receiving a settlement from a class action suit, etc, etc! I looked through the “ Call Protect” app and found a process to follow on unwanted text messages. You forward the text to a 4 digit code, and them send the number that your text came from. It took about a week, but I’ve been unwanted text free for 2 days, Thank You, Call Protect

Ran this app for a couple years (basic AT&T version). For a while it seemed to help identify and ignore spam calls. Over time, I was getting 10-20 spam calls a day, either not being identified as such or, some correctly being filtered. It was so bad that I contemplated changing my number! Then, I started having people calling my wife’s phone trying to reach me. Apparently, this app had blocked all calls including my contacts. After much heartburn trying to figure out what’s going on, I decided to remove the app from my phone. Solved all my problems!! I have had one telemarketer, and 3 political texts in the last 6 months. Plus, my contacts can now reach me again!

This is is now blocking my close relatives who are in my contacts, when I go see the call log it says “✅Valid Number” and “?Manually Blocked”, even thought I didn’t....and to make it worst, the “Block” button is still enabled! Hope this is fixed right away as it might be a real emergency the reason why my family is trying to call.

I pay for CallProtect Plus on my Small Business Wireless account and I am unable to get past the setup page on this app, saying I’m “unauthorized”.

Endless loop of "we hit a snag" upon startup since last update I've gone through two support tickets and nobody seems to know what the issue is.

Blocks one call out of 100 automatically, especially from numbers from your own zip code. Needs improvement fast.
