Can’t see My devices

Been several times now recently I’ve had to restart the router to see my devices. I go into “family” on the App and it says connection failed. I know it’s sending an internet connection to all my devices cause all my nest products are on line. So I’m assuming this a software-app issue I’m hoping??

Lots of settings on the web interface that don’t translate to the app. I get that maybe not all settings would be available in the app, but if they’re gonna be available, they should line up. Major example: set web interface security to WPA2/WPA3, but that isn’t an option from the app, so it shows up as unknown, and the security scan says “Wireless encryption enable: No”.

Jumped through all kinds of hoops to register my account and still won’t let me in the app.

Really, really bad. Limited functionality. Frequently doesn’t work at all. About as user friendly as nuclear physics. If so could give it minus 5 stars I would.

The Asus router are great. Easy set up and works great. This app can’t detect my modem which would have been great.

So i tried it one more time.... they still haven’t figured out how to get a landscape view I see. Bummer...
Popup Asking for Location is Gone!

Update: Popup is gone with the new update today...! Thanks ASUS...Please refrain from doing similar things in the future... App is nice and works well but the irritating popup menu jumps out when you start the app with Location Services in off position... The popup says Location Services is requirement of iOS 13 which is false. The previous version worked fine with the Location Services in off mode. Please get rid of this popup!
