Plenty of information. The parental control could be confusing at first since a green check means “block”, but I got used to it.

This app worked perfectly on my RT-AC-87U but doesn’t on my new 86U. The device list is not accurate. Please fix!

I will not venture on the quality of the router, since this is not the place, but the app is as useless since it won’t let me connect to my router, even though my router is listed as one to use for this app. When ever I try to connect to my router (the app is seeing and pointing to it), it will refuse to connect. I would not recommend anyone to buy ASUS products. Trust me I speak from experience. Netgear, D-link, Linksys produce routers that will work.

Earlier versions of the apps didnt always connect, but current version is great. Br sure router firmware and app are updated to most current release.

I have no complaints. The app does everything as advertised. I have the latest Merlin firmware on my router and the app works great with it. Not sure what all of the negative reviews are about.
App is sluggish

The function is good but as ppl mention, but works only when u use their own DDNS, otherwise, you cannot use remote access from outside. Also, the app is sluggish, for example, in the Devices tab, it lists all connected devices, but it’s to scroll down or up to see the device list, it always freeze on it and wait for a few second, the event process or use same thread to control scrolling down/up and discover connected devices. Fix it, then I can give you more stars.
Keeps Crashing

Had been using this app for several years with no issues. But recently, as soon as the app tries to connect to the router, crashes. There are two Asus routers and both of them crash. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still not working.
