The last update a month or so ago to the app screwed it up. It freezes sporadically especially when pulling up the clients. After you launch the app you have to wait a minute before you can click anything.
Won’t connect again!

Set up router though app, (trying do it via address a pain)... Router working ok, but won’t connect with app to make some changes!! I might just return the router and get a netgear..
Firewall Settings Missing

Not a bad app overall. But I cannot access and adjust Firewall settings in the app. I have an RT-AX58U and can adjust these settings in the web interface. The app does not support it. I specifically want to change the Blacklist URL settings using this app, and cannot.
Useless for existing setup

App will only connect to the default SSID name. If you’ve set up your own wifi with your own SSID already, this app is useless.

Too many issues to describe. Made the effort to cell tech support and they were clueless. Changed to xFi which is substantially better.

This app has completely fallen by the wayside, as it is CONSTANTLY unable to check for a firmware status/upgrade. Get it together ASUS, your “updates” to the app are simply doing NOTHING!

For several days I’ve been trying to check on my firmware version to see if it needs to be updated. It is set up for automatic updates. When I go to check on firmware version I keep getting a message that information on firmware version is temporarily not available try again later. How do I know if my firmware is automatically updated and current? App update was installed today and the problem still exists. Hopefully someone in support reads this and has the problem fixed.
