This has been a great app for managing the mesh network. Then they did an update a week or two ago and it crashes anytime I use it. Please fix this app!!! App and iOS are both latest updates.
Crashes on login

The android version of this app worked fine but on the iPhone 13 as soon as I try to login the app crashes every time. Tried uninstalling rebooting the phone nothing is working.

I have used Asus routers for years, and this app works on my iOS 15.2 device, but it crashes on my wife’s iPhone and iPad always, with the same settings, without fail. We are using RT-AC86U in a mesh network configuration. Router plus 3 nodes. I have rebooted the router, removed her SSID join on the iPhone and reestablished connections, and removed the app and reinstalled it. Many combinations of these actions on her iPhone and iPad. (All devices at the latest versions) For me, everything works fine. This is not a new issue. I have observed this issue for her over the past year. I finally decided to report it.

Easy to use and the app is pretty good about making most of the most important functions easily available without having to connect to the web app
After the latest update it stopped crashing.

I invested in the ASUS Zen XT8 after two sets of Orbi and two sets TP-Link just didn’t cut it. Orbi had technical issues and Netgears customer service was terrible. The Deco M9 was great but couldn’t carry the speed I’m paying for. Back to ASUS! The range seems a little lacking but overall it’s been more stable and much faster.

This router does it all. 8 lan plugins an all the WiFi I can stand. I really like the easy user interface with the app. Keeping it up to date is a breeze. Love it !
Is this a joke?? Menu doesn’t work on iPad

We’re in 2022!!!…. You are Asus for God’s sake! Fix the left menu not working on iPad already!!
