Experiencing some problems

mine doesn’t connect at all at the moment.please do something about it. Always saying invalid username or password.i haven’t used it for almost one to two months now and before the one to two months,it’s already giving me troubles. Please do something about it As soon as possible
Not working on iPhone xs

Didn’t have this problem before on 6s or 6 plus but I can’t even login on xs, nor does it show up in the vpn configuration of the phone. Searched the whole astrill website but found no useful answer that could solve this problem. Disappointed

Everytime I extend its 30min on live chat with tech support. Had to have my dedicated vpn changed twice. Using iPhone 6s

when i try to connect it keeps saying "IPC failed" and "configuration is stale". do u think i paid for a useless and slow vpn? i dont know why its happening but please fix this problem! and the latest update was 2 years ago......?

Kept getting "Error #-1 API response is corrupted ". Uninstaller and reinstall does solve but this is really annoying.

My wife who is an android user just purchased the 1 year premium yesterday so that me iPhone user and other 5 members can use the subscription now she can use the app but I can’t I keep receiving Error#-1 And there is no option to contact customer service about this

I used astrill vpn for several days, but I wasn’t happy to use it. Connection was frequently broken. Couldn’t use it well. I’m not feeling to use it on mobile.
