Can be used normally, but because of reinstalling the mobile client, you need to contact customer service to enter the appropriate API, I don't know why the client update is slow, but the service provided is good.
Great customer support non reliable connection.

Almost ALWAYS have to reconnect toggle on off in Astrill client app after switching WIFI and Mobile Data 4G. Because you have to MANUALLY switch VPN servers to re enable connection WHY then do I have to switch the connection off, select another server then switch it back on. That doesn’t make any sense. Why not switch servers and do some serious programming to automatically disconnect and connect to new server duuuuh. Has the highest battery consumption of any app, even more than yelp or safari.

When is the update coming? It’s been 2 yrs since last one. For the few past months the app worked really unstable, shuts down, sometimes the whole network on my phone isn’t working bye cause of it, try to close the app but it just shows the sign of loading, freaking annoying thing. At such time, I can’t even use local applications which don’t require VPN. Try to contact support, but they just: sorry we can’t do anything! Why does the support exist then?

They changed the privacy licence many times, they keep logs for 3 months (as they say) and the support is so RoBoTic, the service is so expensive compared to other solutions such as VPS, never trust them, they will force you to fill your phone number in order to pay if you choose Bitcoin as payment method, there cryptography of military level is fake! You can google it, I quit after 6 months of nightmare, I payed 99.99 USA for one year! I still think of it as a waist of money, time and energy!!! I think of it as SCAM not as a VPN service, and the most important all the private IP addresses are black listed!!! Forget about NETFLIX babe!

After having severe difficulties connecting to servers using different VPN providers including ExpressVPN, Nord and others, I have this one a try per my friend’s advice. It’s working flawlessly and always connects. Worth 100$ definitely.

Always say API response corrupted. I tried both my WiFi and my 4 G network. Located in Denmark.. whyyyy

Less and less effective in censored countries. Needs an update! It’s been over two years since the last!
