Terrible Connectivity

The state of the mobile servers is unacceptable. Even when connected to wifi many of the servers will produce errors when you try to join for no apparent reason as they will connect a few attempts later. And once you are connected it won’t be long until the connection goes limp with no warning forcing you to disconnect and reconnect periodically. I have resorted to using unpaid VPNs as even on data they provide more stable connections than Astrill does on wifi.
Logged me out and now says my password is wrong

Last night, the app logged me out and is now saying my password is wrong. Without a vpn, I cannot access the site to change the password or to contact customer support. Really need to have a support email or a mirror that works.

Edit 4: purgatory astrill problem that doesn't let any data in or out is not fixed. Always a nice guessing game as to whether the connection is simply slow or if it's not working entirely. I've missed important phone calls and messages because astrill decided to completely block my data Edit 3 : freeze on login seems to have been fixed. Now the issue is that astrill will sometimes be in a purgatory state where it's not connected to VPN yet not disconnected either. So literally no data comes in or out. This is equally annoying. Only way to fix is to open astrill and connect to or disconnect from a server edit2: one month later and bug still exists. Just downloadef and reinstalled astrill for thr 5th time this month. Edit: update. Been two weeks and still no acknowledgement from astrill that they've looked into this issue. I've opened dozens of support tickets and submitted bug report. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app every few days is an unacceptable solution. Not to mention this app is currently endangering lives because the vpn is unable to be turned off in possible emergencies. It's forever stuck on the login screen, effectively preventing you from changing server or shutting off vpn in case you need to disable it temporarily. Support recommended full Uninstall and some other server changes. After doing that it worked OK for a few days. Now the problem is back and support wants me to go through the whole process again. Nah, how about you fix the problem on your side

The app is going worse and worse, every time it's easy to connect but in real you cannot use anything it's like fake connection. And this is really annoying, we pay money for what?
Does not work on iPhone 4S Please Fix

App can't update and is stuck. Now I can't delete it and reinstall it on the iPhone 4S hence I can't use Astrill at All!!

The service is really good and fast However the app leaves some things to be desired. Sometimes when it’s running and you open the app it just sits on the greyed-out login page with a spinning circle for a long time. Also sometimes you try to turn it off and it keeps just automatically turning itself back on. Hit the button, it flips to off, and the a few seconds later flips back on by itself. And you have to repeat that several times

I’m trying to update the app, and did find it in my App Store. However when I try to update, it says developer has taken it off the App Store. My Apple ID country is US, and I’m in China. How to fix this or is there another way to update the app? Thx

Astrill has always been good until last two weeks it just has trouble signing up and therefore fails to work, which bothers me a lot. Pls fix it! We need it so much in China T.T

This is the only VPN that has been consistently working for me in China, over all i love it and recommend it over ExpressVPN. Works with my Netflix and YouTube if you’re in China. **But like others have said the IOS APP on the phone is very buggy. Mine will constantly reconnect itself when I go to toggle it off and repeatedly does this for minutes at a time. It will then get stuck connecting or never turn off and turns my iPhone into a brick and even resetting the phone does not fix it. Also many times lately it had been failing to authenticate and won’t connect to servers unless you logout and restart the application. ** I would rate this higher because it’s the only VPN that worked consistently in China when all others were having issues. But since I mainly use this VPN on my phone it takes away form the experience to have constantly have to deal with these issues for the past 4 months. * Works great on the computer bit glitchy on the iPhone thinking of using a different client for the phone.
