Crashes upon open attempts

I haven’t been able to try this app as it crashes each time I try to open it.

As soon as I downloaded the AppChoices App, it crashes every time I try to open it! This seems like a scam!

I just DLed this app and when I tried to ‘opt out’ of ad choices it directed me to disable iOS ad choices (whatever it’s called) anyway my iOS ad choices were already off. So basically this app had no intention to allow me to ‘opt out’
