You really need to update the app for the X as I’m unable to even use the app to opt out of any advertising, rendering this app completely useless. You’re supposed to protect me from ad companies, not enable them to take my private information.

App is basically useless other telling you the multitude of companies serving you ads. Opt out functionality doesn’t work. Nothing happens in the app when you click opt out. I’m on iPhone 6, iOS 11.3

I was redirected to download this app when I attempted to click edit add preferences from within a Bank of America add inside the pandora app. This means that this app was virtually advertised to me. Either by the add alliance or by Bank of America or by pandora. That's infuriating.
The opt out buttons aren’t clickable.

Appears to force the user to repeatedly click on it's icon to reject the reaccuring ads when you have already "opted out" of the listed companies invasive banners. Most ad blockers are useless imo. It's like you download an app to reduce the intrusive ads and instead you find more popping up.

People need to realize, the NDAA is trying to get online advertisers to Voluntarily honor your request(s) to stop sending unwanted ads. The same principle as “Do Not Track” requests are sent. This App simply provides a more “user-friendly” version of NDAA’s own. Until we, the end-users of the Internet, (who control the income flow by our purchasing power), elect politicians who believe in Fair Market Principals & end-user privacy rights over corporate “entity rights”, unwanted ads will be the status quo.

People rate this app low because they expect ads to go away. That’s not how the Internet works! This app stops creepy Data brokers in their track! For that, it works perfectly

Just a reminder because lots of people are stupid and don’t read. This WILL NOT disable ads. This is only to opt out of PERSONALIZED ads. This will stop advertising companies from tracking your web/app usage and hitting you with ads targeted toward your interests. Instead you will be blasted with general ads not specifically aimed at you or your interests. The only reason I gave it one star. Is because the DAA is garbage and ads are pointless altogether. Just download the app opt out for all then delete it. All set! If you don’t want to see ads anymore get Adblock. I would recommend doing both. If you use only adblockers your app/internet usage is still tracked and sent back to the DAA but you just won’t see the personal ads they send you. So do both. Then they cant steal your info or hit you with ads. But seriously ads are garbage and they don’t work. If we want your product we will buy it. But spamming me with ads does the opposite. I won’t buy your garbage

Choose all companies does not work. At all. Renders the app useless if you wish to not be stalked by ads.
