Doesn’t work

Tired multiple devices- all had a consistent “...connecting to server...” displayed. Never one time connected successfully. Thanks for the trial though so I didn't buy it!

I tried this app and it worked great for about 40 min. Then it stopped working and I thought it needed me to buy the full version, so I bought it... Unfortunately it still doesn’t work and now I just gave them $7. Worse than that they keep trying to upsell me on a subscription as well. Are you kidding me!? You want $7 and a subscription?? What a load of crap! It doesn’t even work!

My wife and I were at a hotel and unfortunately the monitor we had with us wasn’t working, so I quickly went to the App Store and downloaded this. Big mistake. I don’t know how it appears to have over 4 stars because I’m reading the reviews it has a lot of negatives, I just didn’t look at the reviews in depth when i first downloaded it. Anyway, first you have to buy the app to get it to work for more than a few minutes. At $7 it’s pretty pricey, but I thought it would be worth it. Then it turned out we would need to pay for a subscription so that we could use it with cellular data. I went ahead and did that. It didn’t work. Turns out, I would need to also subscribe with my wife’s Apple ID to get it to work. So, after all of this I finally decided enough was enough. I’m not paying again just to find out I need to keep paying. Now I have another app, cloud baby monitor, that only costs $4 on the App Store today and no subscription needed! It’s working better than this one and it’s way better. So that’s the story of how this app stole $9 from me.

Bugs. No audio and video lag

Bought the $15 lifetime plus $10 yearly cloud subscriptions. To add to it.. I even bought the white noise app which I simply cannot see how to use. Completely wasted my money. No audio in either direction and laggy, if functional, video. Cannot hear baby, and baby cannot hear me. Cannot use any playlist to play music or white noise. Avoid this app at all costs. Save yourself the money and headache.

The app constantly crashes every 2 min on my apple products. I can’t see the cam when I’m away from the house even though I bought the premium. The app is always disconnecting. I don’t have time to be trying to connect every other couple of min.

So a year ago I pay full price for this app so I can use it across networks (wifi to LTE for example). Then they decide they need to make more money off us so they disable that feature (which is the whole point of the app) and then make you buy a subscription to get back the functionality you had already paid for - but make it sound like it’s a new thing they are adding for our benefit. Look! We added cloud relay so now you can give us more money to do the thing you used to be able to do! Oh and it rarely even works. ??‍♂️
