All of a sudden I am unable to connect to my child’s iPad even on the same wifi connection. I purchased the package to use a different connection other than my home wifi, I am still unable to connect. Very disappointed.

I used the trial version. The baby unit seemed to work fine but not the parent unit. First, I couldn’t use the camera. I would tap on the icon and nothing happened. Then, it got stuck on a “connecting to server” message but I ran their connectivity test and it said the test was successful. Based on this experience, I, of course, will not purchase this app

Our daughter has a medical condition called Pierre Robin Sequence where she sometimes has issues with apnea especially since we’re a little over a month past her cleft palate repair. We moved her crib into her own room for the first time ever since she was born 2/23/17. With this monitor I didnt have to buy one we couldnt really afford and everything it does for $10(!!!) is AMAZING! Well worth the peace of mind and for me FINALLY getting some proper sleep after literally a YEAR of NOT getting sleep! ???????

I purchased this for the “lifetime” fee but cannot log in on any of my devices, which we have connected through family sharing. I’ve tried to create an account and log in but each time it says the email address I’m using (mine) is already registered, so I’ve been going around the app in circles trying to simply log in. My free trial period is of course over, so I’m not sure what use this app is since it won’t let me log in and access my account.

In the App Store it looks like you can use it on WIFI and 4/3g but you can’t you have to pay whole other amount of money. So I am a sucker so I did that and it still would not connect to the server. Staying at a hotel one door down disconnected wouldn’t reconnect so I am writing this sitting in the hallway in front of our room this is fun

When the app worked sure it was great but it barely worked. It kept dropping my devices and and then when I tried to pair them, I always had difficulty. It only accepted one of my devices that I used also. When I would try and monitor my baby, the sound would constantly turn off so I had to reopen the app all the time. I have never had to make a bad review on an app that I used before. I wish I could get a refund.

Extreme lag in time, server first started out just taking awhile to connect and now doesn’t connect at all unless on WiFi (AFTER I PAID FOR THE APP) terrible image quality, the list goes on. Wish I could get my money back. It’s bad. Don’t waste you’re money!

This does everything I need it to do and more! We don’t live in a large home, and I had been really battling with whether or not I even needed a monitor. When I found this app I instantly fell in love! It is such a great price, and it finally gives use to my iPad that has been just sitting around for months. Highly recommend to anyone needing a monitor for their children!
