It does what it’s supposed to except I have to take pictures of my receipts two or three times, never saves them the first time. Especially if the transaction is still pending.

We have used this a couple years now and it keeps getting worse. When we need to download receipts and reports for end of cycle, it locks up or kicks you out. You can’t login half the time due to “ unexpected error” messages, “try again later” messages. We are looking to change business cards or find a receipt tracker that works. Don’t waste your time on this one...
Add the ability to attach PDF

Would love the ability to attach PDFs in addition to picking a picture from the photo library. Would make it easier to attach hotel and rental car receipts that are usually emailed now.
Forfeited points, closed my account

American Express decided to close my accounts and forfeit all my points, and pretty much still 400,000 points. I would not recommend them to anyone. I’ve tried to reopen my accounts for many months and every supervisor or management says something different. They have no loyalty or ethic, so I do not recommend them

Would usually rate this higher because it is a good app for our business, however I have to upload photos of receipts to keep track for business and I do this every time I make a purchase. However if the transaction is still pending once I upload the picture and the transaction hard posts the picture disappears and I have to scramble through my receipts again to find that receipt and re-upload the picture. Sometimes this becomes frustrating

It would be nice if it was easier to login also if you are on a slow net work it’s sometimes does not upload the images so then you have to retake pictures of receipts more than once sometimes which can become a tedious process but overall it’s a great app just if we could kind of work out some of the login issues and the receipt capture issues

I like the app, however, when I attach receipts to certain purchases they'll disappear and then I have to re-do it

Been using the app about 3 years now and find I’m still re-entering receipts 2times over. On a consistent basis I have to do this or accounting informs me no receipt match. Hoping they work the bugs out.

Good app, only wish that the camera when taking a picture of the receipts would frame the receipts to eliminate the background and bring the details closer.

I don’t know what all those people are complaining about saying it take two days to up load a receipts. It only takes me two seconds. This app is great and easy to use
