The recent updates to the website reporting functions have made the app useless to me. Limiting the ability to create a report, sorted and subtotaled by tags, has pushed me to switch to Expensify. Does AMEX really think their Categories match our bookkeeping categories?

Photos of the receipt constantly disappear after uploading. I have to go back in and upload the photos multiple times.

Please allow upload of pdf receipts. Many online purchases do not come with paper receipts, so scanning is not applicable. Unless of course you print the electronic receipt, then scan as a photo.

Been using this app for 2 years with no issues. As of a two weeks ago, the app will not transfer receipt photos from the “other transactions” section to a report. It also deletes all these photos after saving and exiting the app. Tried restarting and re-downloading the app. Looked all through settings. Not good, have to submit company reports with this app and this is much tougher now.

I upload my receipts right away when I make a transaction. The transaction usually post in two or three days, and when it does, the photo that I uploaded is gone.If it’s not possible for the photo to still be there when the transaction posted, it shouldn’t be an option to upload it on the transactions pending.

I think this is a good app to have because we can make purchases and they show up right away for everyone else to see (I have a business acct that 4 of us use) and you can attach pictures of your receipts and add descriptions, as well. Nothing gets lost! ;)

Love the APP, taking pics of receipts and attaching is awesome.... There is some slight disconnects between APP and Web location. Also, am trying to match up my TAGS with QBs identifiers.... WIP.

Have been trying to log in for the last couple weeks, and keep getting a message saying the system is down and try again later. This is for a card I pay a $595 annual fee for. I’m now looking at other brands.

The most frustrating thing about this app is when I upload receipts to it and then the transaction fully processes and the receipt gets deleted. Then, I have to track down the receipt again. I now keep paper copies in addition to scanning because I got burned too many times by this app. Keeping the paper receipts defeats the purpose of using the app.
