This app has potential to not be terrible but it is so inconsistent. Tags don’t go thru to accounting.
Ok but receipt forwarding rarely works

When I forward a receipt, Uber for example, it usually doesn’t work.
Great app , my 4 year old loves doing expenses.

I can’t tell you how great it is knowing this app is appropriate for my 4 year old. Way too often he wants to spend time and money on toys and movies but now he can expense and track those purchases instead. The thrill of categorizing his Batman juice as entertainment or food is always exciting. I’m deducting a point because the app lacks the ability for mileage reimbursement. He never wants to go anywhere on his own because he says it’s too difficult to factor in the wear and tear on his big wheel.
Can’t make a payment

I have an iPhone 11. I am unable to enter “Other Amount” to make a payment that is more than the minimum balance.
Doesn’t work for pending charges!

Great idea but when you upload a receipt image at the point of purchase, when the transaction is pending, the image is lost when the transaction posts in full! Lost an entire business trip worth of receipts this way! Not ideal

All of a sudden the password box will not accept special characters. Renders this app completely unusable.
Face ID login gone?! Bad app!

What happened to Face ID login? I now have to enter my password every darn time!! Severely annoying. What is it 2005 again? Fix ASAP. (Regular AMEX app still has it. Don't screw that one up too!) Stop trying to improve the app. "Improvements" almost always make apps worse.
Almost completely pointless

Introductory screen just lists recent transactions. You have to dive deep to find out what the minimum payment due is. As far as I can tell there’s no way to view pdf statements. I thought Amex was a real credit card company but I’m not impressed.
