Forfeited points, closed my account – Amex Business Review

American Express decided to close my accounts and forfeit all my points, and pretty much still 400,000 points. I would not recommend them to anyone. I’ve tried to reopen my accounts for many months and every supervisor or management says something different. They have no loyalty or ethic, so I do not recommend them
