Face ID doesn’t work

Aspects of the app seem to work as intended but the Face ID does not and needs developer attention. Just was on the phone with technical support for 40 min.

I hate that I have to use this app for work! You upload photos of receipts and every day it deletes them until the charge is posted. I dont want to have to hold on to all these receipts until they freakin post a week later what a crock of sh$t

Hate that it won’t let me upload photos of receipts and doesn’t save receipts 90% of the time.
Forgets freaking receipts

I’ve had to upload the same receipt multiple times. Locking out is horrible, it happens so easily and getting a new login takes way too much effort.
App fails to store image

Nearly every time I upload an image of a receipt, while the charge is still pending, I get dinged by finance for missing receipts. I go back to check and the receipt images are gone. Today I have some charges that don’t appear in the summary view but appear in pending only.
App needs improvement!

It’s not showing any of my recent posted transactions and I can’t get Support to help me or fix the problem. This app has a lot of bugs.

For the most part it works fine. I’ve had problems with the charge showing back up as unmatched after I’ve taken a picture and tagged it.
Great app but crashes with recent update

Its awesome app. Changing credit limits for employees is really easy great futures. Never had a problem with it but after update app crashes. I did reinstall and still crashes please fix it. Thanks
