I have had this system for 6 months now. It is not reliable at all. The application never loads video for remote viewing. I have this device plugged directly into internet hub with nothing else on the network. Every time I’m out of town and really need the cameras it fails to login and view. After numerous times trying to connect it will connect but has soon as I change camera or screen view it fails to load. I do not recommend this system. Save your money and apply to a better system.
I can’t get the cameras to stream on my iPhone7 using LTE. It only works when connected to WIFI. What’s going on? ☹️
I can see all my cameras on my iPhone just great, WHEN I’M AT HOME! Get away from home and nothing loads. It worked great before the last update. FIX IT PLEASE.
I love my cameras and the system is great. However, the only time I can open my cameras on my phone is when I am at home, connected to the same network as my camera system. Which happens to be the only time I don’t need to use my cameras. But when I am gone, I get a “failed log in” every time I try to open the app. This was not the case when I first started using it, about a year ago. But for the last 6 months or so, I’ve not been able to access my cameras remotely. Please update the app to fix this problem. Thank you.
This app was running well until it started only working when and only when I had WiFi. Now lately it’s not working at all. What is happening? And how can this be fixed?!
Cameras are unviewable away from your home. Pointless product and app....very dissapointed.
Would never connect to my camera whether the P2P or IP. I'm not new at this so I had to set it up manually by navigating to the camera manually. This app is worthless.
