Remote Viewing Fails EVERYTIME – Amcrest Link for 960H DVRs Review

I love my cameras and the system is great. However, the only time I can open my cameras on my phone is when I am at home, connected to the same network as my camera system. Which happens to be the only time I don’t need to use my cameras. But when I am gone, I get a “failed log in” every time I try to open the app. This was not the case when I first started using it, about a year ago. But for the last 6 months or so, I’ve not been able to access my cameras remotely. Please update the app to fix this problem. Thank you.
