Live view, awesome. Alarm video only, useless. Why do they have check boxes for playback, but you can't find alarm only! Who wants to watch all video? Please fix that

This update is working well on both my iPhone and iPad Pro. Runing iOS 10.3.1. Looking at the Version reversions I see the company is always trying to improve their product. Thank you.

Can’t load cameras at all

T-Mobile, iPhone 7, iOS 11. Can open app but cameras don’t load via LTE or WiFi. Why is this app so glitchy for iPhones? The app works perfectly on my husband’s Samsung. Please fix so I can view my feed again!!!

The quality of this app is very poor. It jumps and skips when you are viewing. There is no fast forward or rewind during playback mode. You have to pick a block of time and just watch from there. I used Q-See prior to Amcrest and I loved it. It was very smooth with no jumping or skipping and had quite a bit more features during playback like fast-forward rewind and pause.
