Doesn't work on cellular!

I contacted the company, and they claim it's my cell phone providers fault. Told me to contact them to find out why cellular streaming doesn't work. It's definitely Armcsrests issue!

App is unusable if your trying to playback. It's extremely clunky and it doesn't not save your devices. I have to constantly add them back in

This app was recently updated from the November 2016 version. Many people complained how the playback was broken. I guess Amcrest got the chance to read everyone's complaint and decided to fix it. Fast forward to present day, the playback IS fixed. However, it still lacks the basic functionality of a security camera playback. Example: if you want to play back what happened at 9:30am, the app will jump to 9:00am instead. It keeps doing the same thing even though I restarted the app + the phone itself. After awhile of messing around and trying to get to the exact time of what I wanted to view, the playback just breaks on me! Total garbage and waste of time.

What a waste! The app worked for a week and then since the update nothing! We're going out of town that was the whole point of buying and installing this system! The other app doesn't work either! My Husband is a IT specialist and he couldn't make this junk work! Fix it!

Constantly saying an update has been found, even though I just updated the app. The HVR no longer connects either. Dev fail.
