Worst app ever

This app is the worst I got it on my tv and now it won’t even turn on on my tv and then I got it on my phone and it asked me to pay for it and it didn’t do that on my tv so now I can’t even use the app I hate this app!
No French language

I’m very disappointed I subscribed because they said the app supports 7 languages But I found only two English and Spanish no French. I want my money back.
No real content management options

It ONLY allows you to select an age range for the content Amazon considers appropriate to show to your kid. I’ll pass. It’s like Netflix for kids. You cannot restrict certain books, movies or apps.
Still needs work, letters in book to small

I didn’t like the fact that the book pages were small. The letters are 2 small. Yes, the page can be expanded to be bigger by using your fingers to expand on a iPad but to turn the page you have 2 go back to its original size. Takes time thus, to much of a problem ?Keep updating so it gets better.

Since the most recent update the app is broken. It has logged me out, when I attempt to login it crashes....rinse and repeat. Please fix

What bs! The app works ok on the tablet sold by Amazon but not so much on the iPad. The parental controls don’t work right and my son can only access the videos and books, no games. He’s too young to read on his own so he can literally only watch videos. What a waste.
No bookmarks while reading?!?!??

Seriously?! My 10 year old was reading a book on her iPad with this app and loving it because unlike her kindle paper white, the pictures are in color, and the formatting of many kids books work better, but then she clicked a highlighted word and it took her to the glossary in the back (still enjoying her reading experience at this point), but then she realized that there was no easy way to get back to where she was in the book. And now that she closed the book whenever she tries to open it to go back to the place she was reading in the book it remembers it as the glossary at the very end instead of the second chapter where she actually was! And there is no way to place a bookmark to fix this! What the heck Amazon?!?! That is a seriously basic feature that ALL of your other reading applications and products have. Get with the program! Oh, and as a side note, I tried to use the regular Kindle reading iPad app for her, but there is no way to switch it to her profile... so ya, nope! Not cool for my 10 year old to have access to every book available in the Kindle store! Seriously, this seems like a pretty simple fix - to be able to switch the user account seems pretty basic to me.

I’m only 11 years old, and I used to have a fire tablet that has games and stuff on it, so I’m not surprised it doesn’t have any games. It’s pretty decent, I’m not gonna lie. But there’s MUCH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT! Like the videos for example, I watch Splatoon 2 and other stuff but there’s only one YouTuber I never watched, he’s pretty okay but I just wished there were different videos with DIFFERENT YOUTUBERS THAT YOU KNOW. I also wish that for the unlimited version which I have, you could play games on it and have more access to more videos. Other than that it’s okay.
