Where are the books?

I subscribed to Amazon Kids for a book that’s said it would be free with the subscription. Every time I click on ‘read with Amazon kids’ it never takes me to the book. It doesn’t even tell me how to read the book with the app. I searched for the book in the app and I still do not see it. Waste of time

This is the best game ever! I love to read but my books are too big so when I get in the car I can read on my phone

I got this primarily to have a safe way for my kids to listen to appropriate audiobooks I bought on Audible since the Audible app itself does not support it. But I find out this app only supports ebooks and movies

Why is it so complex to add a book I purchase for my child to their kindle? The amount of time and number of steps is insane. It should be simple, but between the multiple logins across multiple devices, OTPs, and sync process it takes forever just to buy a book and add it to my child’s kindle. This is insane and is making me hate the process. Amazon, please update your documentation. Please improve your processes. I should be able to buy, send, sync, done. That is not how it works. Insane.

Every time I open a book I downloaded it takes me to a page I read chapters ago. It doesn’t hold your spot. It’s a pain. And no way to find the table of contents like in the kindle app.
I love the idea

I love the idea of this. But it needs a lot of improvement. My daughter can’t save her pages. The kindle app is so much better. I don’t understand why the kids Amazon can’t be like that.
Content won’t sync

There have been some videos my kids have asked for me to download and add to their fire tablets. When I download on my prime account I go to add and the videos will not sync anymore. They use to but now they are not. The apps and audibles will but the videos will no longer show up. We have had kids fire tablets for years and just early this year purchased the newer versions. Haven’t had any issue until just recently. It’s a bit of a headache and they end up watching on my iPad instead or just go without. We travel a lot to see family out of state and to check on my parents. So it would be great if I could get these to add to their profiles like before.

You can't stream or airplay on other devices but the iOS app. Big fail. ??♂️
