Underwhelmed by UI and bugs – Ally: Bank, Auto & Invest Review

Overall, the bank is great but the app/website are a little buggy. First, the app constantly unenrolled me in FaceID log in so I constantly have to look up my password (using Google-suggested complicated one) to type it in which slows me way down or makes me wait to check accounts until I have time to go through this process. Next, the app/website have not updated all of my account details namely the interest accrued on my savings account. I sent a message to address this 5 days ago with an attached picture of the problem and have received no response. I used the chat feature which got a faster response but was unable to attach a picture of the problem. She assured me from their end they could see all the interest I had earned which was somewhat reassuring despite not seeing it on my need. Lastly, the chat does not function across platforms. I can’t start a chat on my phone and finish it on the web app. Very frustrating.
