Neat having proof of insurance on your phone. Not so good that it takes an online payment 3-5 days to show up at my bank, often long enough for me to forget that it's pending.....DOH!

I have been using this app for about a year to pay my premiums. It is super user friendly and super convenient. I recommend this app if you have a policy with Allstate. There is so much more to this than I utilize. But, I know is there if I need it.

For months now when tapping on the app to open it it flashes on the screen for about 5 seconds shows a loading icon then closes. Tried updating to he new IOS version today and still get the same issue.
