Doesn’t work

Kellie Leporowski

This app crashes way too often! I have to uninstall & reinstall too often as well. I am currently unable to use the app as it crashes before it opens completely. Currently, I’m able to get through the reinstall but am unable to reopen after I close it. This is so frustrating as my discount depends on the app but it’s grossly unreliable. Not to mention multiple inaccurate reads of hard breaking and speeding. I know the difference as I’ve been driving for 30 years. This app is awful!

The app keeps crashing

shelb724

I have tried to contact app support but that is not working. I have an iPhone 8 running 11.2 and I think that’s the problem. Hopefully the powers that be will see this!

Drivewise

Me7865

The app will not even load since I setup drivewise and activated. Deleting as i don’t have the patience for this crap

Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used!

Lizabeth.detwiler

I have had nothing but issues with the drivewise function since signing up. Somehow it combined my account with my husband’s even though we each made our own login. Then they had my phone number on his account, and they fixed me to call them bc they wouldn’t allow me to edit any personal information on MY OWN online account! Spent over an hour on the phone, and all they managed to do was put a third driver on my account, and told me I have to use a different email address. Even once that was finally resolved, approximately once a week, it boots both me and my husband randomly out of the app and then makes us activate it again, this losing all of our progress toward the driving goals. It suspiciously seems to happen ever time I’m close to meeting the 10 trip goal as well. I don’t trust you one bit Allstate, and your tech support is garbage. Tonight it’s saying half the features in the app “are offline, but we’re working to fix it.” Fix your app! It’s absurd how awful this app is.

Pretty Much A Waste

Scramrod

I was told if I downloaded this on my phone It may result in a discount so I did. Whoever Allstate is paying to provide this app is fleecing them. App is very buggy. Activated the drive wise portion and occasionally it wants me to do it again. Then if I don’t do anything and wait a couple days it shows activated. Tried to print ID cards and it kept force closing. I have a new iPhone so that shouldn’t be the culprit. Disappointed

Love this app

Ooooooopppppssss

I love the ease of viewing my policy's and bills online and this app is user friendly and very easy to navigate and make payments. Bob

Phil Porter

mb194911

Phil Porter is the reason I have Allstate Auto Ins he’s dependable reliable and not lazy like other employees in Kevin Miller’s Bradenton office for years and years I’ve tried to find Home Owners Ins at the Miller Agency but the puppets always said it wasn’t available. Finally after Phil Porter introduced himself to me he signed me up for a Home Owners Policy that makes sense and I don’t have to deal with the incompetence of women with disinterest in real customer service if I were still in business I would not hire FL girls old women escorts pill poppers and females of any age there’s too much prostitution in FL how nice women cope with the circumstances and a few dirty deputies who offer protection to them enabling them.

Battery

bob2279

I like the idea of driveways and getting rewards back but it by far, 50% more than any other app, drains my battery. So now I’m wearing constantly having my phone on the charger to a few dollars in savings. If this is an issue that can be fixed, please fix it

Drive wise info lost

wsavage77

This app crashed after the last iOS update. I had to reload it, and after I signed back in, all my drive wise points and credits were lost. I had over $100 of cash back rewards and it is now gone. I’m very disappointed that the data is not saved.

iPhone X support seems faulty, updates needed

Disappointed waze user

I previously had an iPhone 6 and after running the app on an iPhone X, it’s clear that the app is tuned poorly for the X. I’m assuming it’s the sensors or speed of the phone that seems to make the sensitivity for braking too high. I come to stops very well in advance of the red light and still get tagged for braking hard. This is the same style of driving as when I used an iPhone 6 Plus- yet I’m tagged more often for hard braking now. Attention Devs, please run the analytics to see if iPhone X users are being tagged more often for hard braking than other iPhones like the 6. I think we are being unfairly penalized due to our device rather than our driving.
