Email done easy

rbsoh2019

Airmail is one of the best I have used and I have tried all. Airmail does what I need notifies me when I get a new email and send emails without an issue and it is only app I could get to sync right with my spectrum email account

Only Getting Worse

NAVana715

I loved this app, but when my subscription expired this month I moved over to Spark. I have no problem paying for a quality app, but this has become highly unreliable and buggy. Even the new features (widgets) are low quality and look rushed. Again will gladly pay for a quality app, but not for one which has only gotten worse since moving to a subscription model.

Stop serving ads every open

Mimi8901

It’s such a bummer to get fed ads for a premium subscription every time I open the app. I get that you’re switching models, and I get that the one time fee I paid for the premium app a few years ago isn’t enough to sustain business. But annoying me into buying your subscription model every time I check my email is just frustrating and is causing me to seriously consider switching mail clients. Do better. I’m always happy to subscribe to products I love. But this sales pitch is atrocious.

Good email app but bugs take way too long to fix...

Chuck-IV

The app works well for many things but bugs linger WAY TOO long and some bugs come back after being squashed. One bug, which is aggravating is that the ALL inbox(one that shows emails from all you accounts) is only showing ONE WEEKS worth of emails from each box. If I want to see more, I have to go to that individual email’s inbox. It just shouldn’t be that way. I reported this a while ago but it still hasn’t been fixed. Another bug, which seems simple to fix is that the setting to Undo Send doesn’t work right. The OFF setting doesn’t work. It still delays send for 5 seconds. Reported this a while ago too, yet it continues to go unfixed. They are overly focused on adding new features, while neglecting bugs in their current features. This is why they get such poor ratings. Fix the bugs FIRST, then worry about new features.

Was my favorite

Bigmicman

This has been my favorite mail app for a long time, however after updates it’s been buggy and EVERY SINGLE TIME you open it they push ad for the subscription. I had the subscription for a year and there was no difference between it and regular version. Now the app is just annoying and I’m looking for new one.

Can’t find archive folder and can’t turn of gestures.

TheShoob

The UX of this app is horrible. Please explain how I can turn off gestures and where I can find the emails I keep accidentally sending to archive. Edit: found how to turn on archive folder under “favorites” tab in settings. Now if only I can turn off gestures on the Mac version.

Con Artist, Liar, Thief

MikehMike01

I paid $5 to these criminals for this app. They then proceeded to remove many critical features, which I already paid for, and attempt to extort me for $10 a year to have them restored. Do not download this app. Do not support dishonest, immoral business practices. This used to be a 5 star app; it’s under 2 stars now. Good riddance.

No benefit

BlueRavenLabs

No features of real worth. Having no rules is a total no go for me.

Banging My Head On The Wall With Subscription Module

thinker,08

Skip the subscription module until the many problems are ironed out. Email ends up in the trash for no apparent reason, or disappearing completely even after doing a thorough search. Mail threads can’t be read after a few responses requiring me to use the iOS built-in mail app for threads. The website offers only vague instructions for use and only for some settings. Attachments show up on my email as I’m composing but doesn’t show up on my email after sending and recipient doesn’t receive the attachment. User asked that a manual be made available and their request showed as being denied. I’m all for subscription-based apps however they have to work in order to justify paying for them multiple times (such as with monthly or yearly subscriptions). I’ve never found a subscription-based app to work to its full potential and this one is no exception. I’ll be going back to Mail for iOS after my yearly subscription runs out. Heck I already am using it because I can’t read my email threads. I told customer (dis)service about this thread problem and told them I have the latest app update and latest iOS update and I was told to download the latest update. What am I missing? Skip this app and look for something that actually works like Apple’s own Mail app. “Should be fixed in the new version?” Ya, right! It just gets so much worse.

Nagging for upgrade to pro will force me to drop Airmail

NipsMG

I NEVER write App Store reviews but I’ve been so angered by this last update I felt the need to warn others. I love Airmail and use it daily. However since the last update I am getting nagged nearly every time I open the app with a full screen ad for the Pro version. I was considering upgrading to pro after reading about the features the first time I saw the ad, but have gotten so aggravated by it that I refuse to give a company money who would be so abusive with it. If this is not fixed by the next update I’ll be moving on to another mail client. Way to alienate loyal users.
