Its only problem is crashing when viewing really large emails (>~20MB). Also, we need faster and quicker updates.

There are a ton of options out there for managing your email on the iPhone, but once I started using Airmail I have come to love it more and more with each update. The swiping gestures, and the availability of a Mac OS app that works in a similar fashion has won me over permanently. And their customer support is outstanding. I had a question about notifications in iOS 10 and started a chat through the iPhone app and had an immediate and helpful response from Sarah... who is a real person, by the way, and not an FAQ web page. I've tried at least five other iPhone apps for email, but Airmail has won me over by a long shot.
Still Mishandles Photo Attachments

Attaching an image to a plain text email in Airmail or receiving a plaintext email with an image from someone else does not always trigger a paperclip attachment icon. This app is not handling MIME content correctly per RFC standards which is why it gets 1 star. I've worked with email products and related standards. Not downloading attachments by default for security reasons should still trigger a paperclip icon. Attachments w/ plain text emails are simply not handled properly by this client (evident in the raw source).
Unable to send....

I purchased Airmail a couple of weeks ago. Why did I not do it sooner as I was going through numerous other email apps that just didn't have the capability of what I needed for email functioning. Upon doing the iOS 10 update last night on my iPad Air, today I am unable to send emails properly. The app sticks while in the sending mode and freezes everything else. I have to stop the app and try again. After a few extra attempts, I had to send from my iPhone, it worked since I didn't do the update on my phone yet. I gave this app a 3 star for now because of this issue. If not for this issue, I would rate it with a 5 star because I really like the app. It fits my needs and what I need to do from it. Please get this issue fixed as soon as possible!

Now that I've had time to use the app I have had a chance to get to know it. I don't see where people get 4-5 stars. They must have one email address and receive a few a month. I use my phone, iPad and Mac for work and wish some of the simplest functions worked trouble free. For instance wanting to share a website to a friend or colleague. Error. If that error creates a draft it sometimes shows up in drafts and I can't delete it. Then I receive the error message constantly but no way to delete the message that I couldn't share. Hopefully a fix will be out and I can update my review but for now it's annoying as hell. Badge icon +1..... empty inbox
