A reliable app

I have been using Airmail for 7 years. It has been a reliable app with lots of helpful features. One weakness that they used to have was their customer service. In case of issues and bugs, it used to be difficult to find helpful support. However, in my recent experience, I noticed that their customer service has been improved considerably. I receievd a helpful hint from a customer support agent (Steven) within a few hours of posting my problem. With the service added to the equation, Airmail is a serious contender when it comes to email clients.

I have a lot of my work accounts here. Also i've got the same problem with log in to airmail in my computer but Stewen from support chat helped me at all. The problem was that my mac wasn`t logged in to iCloud (in some reason) that`s why my subscribition didn`t work there.

The developers are unethical scum bags. The App Store had this at 2.5 stars then magically reset it; this is a near monthly occurrence they do to remove their negative reviews. The glowing reviews are also obviously fake. The app used to be a paid app, then went subscription. There really isn’t a low the developers won’t sink to in order to maximize profit and make themselves look good

I find Airmail a beautiful email app to work with, and just excellent in every way I need. I simpy can't understand the whinging about the few dollars annually for some a high quality Email App. The design is superb. Highly recommend this Email App across devices ....it is just amazing.

Steven from Airmail Support is one huge bonus from using this App. His support for answering questions or helping you figure something out is greatly appreciated and makes using this App a very pleasant experience. Airmail can be customized in so many different ways, and is a pleasure to use. Of all my paid apps, this is my most favorite, followed only by the Bear Notes app. And again, Steven's tech support for Airmail is the app's best feature.
